Incoming Flights

Scrumpy a 20 day old Goshwak has just arrived to begin her life with us.
She will be visiting schools and displays during the next couple of months as part of her ongoing training.
Added to Scrumpy we also have 2 Sparrowhawks which we hope to beed from next year and a beautiful Little owl chick which will grow up to be the smallest British Owl.

 

 

Herbie the 3 Banded Armadillo arrived this summer and is now going to various Mammal Shows and schools. We are lucky to have him there are only 8 in the whole country. Once he is mature he will be used a breeding program to allow more people to see these amazing mammals

Silverband Falconry is based in Cumbria and provides Displays all over the UK with Birds of Prey, Mini Beasts
and Mammals. We also run Family Visits and Experience Days by appointment from our base.

that all schools seem to be delighted with.

Silverband Falconry provide Family visits and experience days with a difference as they are designed to suit the individual participating in the Experience Day or Family visit so that you do what you are interested in and don’t have to compete with the audience at a centre. When your Family Visits Silverband Falconry you have the individual attention of our animal handlers’ for the duration of your visit and are able to get that bit closer for that great photo, or question that just has to be asked. These visits can be arranged for the birds of prey, mini beasts and mammals. We also travel across Cumbria and the UK to visit your Birthday Party, Special Event, Weddings, Anniversaries, etc. providing unique displays designed around you.
